I am starting a new chapter in my life. I am not ashamed to be in my mid 30's and single. The past ten years of my life I was a wife who was giving birth to children, moving around and unsettled. I consider myself very lucky. I am still young enough to have fun and I am able to take my time to find Mr. Right. I have not worked since 2003. I became a stay home mom and I am still a stay home mom. I have two daughters and they come first. I take great pride in raising my children. I am at a point in my life where I want to take my time and smell the roses. I want to go with the flow and try to make the best of each and every day.

I'm honestly not a fan of social networking or online dating, but my options are quite limited. I'm a very busy person with OCD tendencies and don't schedule much personal time anymore -though I'd like to change that.
I am a full-time student with two jobs, (Legal Secretary/Rouge Model). I tend to push people away by being brutally honest and up front, but I would honestly prefer more of the same from others. I have a strong aversion to clingy/jealous guys. Oddly, that's all I can attract. I'd consider myself to be the definition of Independent, I have my own car, own money, no kids... I work for all I have and am very proud of it. I come from old money and appreciate the finer things in life. Above all else I have respect for myself, inside and out.

I'm a student currently living and attending school in Austin, but at the moment I'm home in Dallas for winter break. I'm extremely easy going and often quiet, but I'll talk when I feel like I have something worth saying :0 I really enjoy being outside and spend as much time as I can either running or biking. I don't own a car, and it's not often that I don't ride my bike somewhere because it's too far (I've been known to take 2 hour rides just to go eat at a certain restaurant or go shopping)
I listen to music almost all the time, and I'll tolerate listening to almost anything, with the exception possibly being country. I really like electronic (not club techno) music, and indie/folk music. For example, Animal Collective, Ratatat, MF Doom... I can't even begin to try to explain the extent of my musical taste; it's very broad. I do have a last.fm page, though, if you're interested in looking more at some awesome music.
At the moment I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for, but I'm always willing to talk, at least to start =D
