I am much more than meets the eye...in Fall 2011 I'll be back in college to attain my Ph.D. in Psychology so that is an important part of my life but not to the exclusion of finding my soulmate. I am excited about meeting my final first date leading to marriage and having a family so please only respond if this is seriously what you are seeking too. I have a very original personality, definitely march to my own drum & try to always see the glass half full. I'm non-judgmental, highly spiritual & these are two things you should be also for us to get along well. I'm an artist, only more organized than the average artist... creative, thoughtful, think outside the box. I owned a design business up until recently and have a couple ideas for future businesses. I can be found in worn jeans/t-shirt as well as in a silk gown at a modern/flamenco dance performance. I'm liberal, extremely open-minded and get along best with men who are similar.
Facts about me: I'm from PA, suburbs of Phila., have just moved to NC from NM, lived in S. Francisco, MD, and traveled through most of the rest of the country. Favorite places: southern Mexico (which i can't wait to explore more) and I imagine Italy & Spain. I used to write poetry, admire musicians, love anything out of the ordinary and live for passionate experiences. I was raised to really value education. I'm a huge dog lover. Eat very healthy (for most part) and work out but prefer to do it outdoors as much as possible. I tend to be old-fashioned in some ways, for example, I do not text for the heck of it or enjoy long email correspondence, I appreciate gentlemen who know what the word chivalry means, I love antique advertising signs, and I don't use microwaves much, having said that, I have a design degree so there is a very modern aspect to my personality as well... I love the outdoors, cooking healthy meals and spanish music.
The man who captures my heart is first and foremost, a genuinely kind soul who believes in respect & equality in a relationship... he's educated, honest, down to earth, IN NO WAY INTERESTED IN DRAMA, open-minded, has an original sense of humor, is a good listener, loves to travel/explore new places, enjoys learning, takes care of himself, loves dogs too and is seeking a real, no games relationship with an intelligent woman.

Artist looking for someone to dance away with.
I've been in art my entire life, and have always known I would do something with it. I am currently studying modern dance at a University, in hopes to eventually perform with a company professionally. For now I do summer sales to make my money.
I look younger than I really am, and tend to act that way as well (when the time is right). I am driven to make enough money so that I can support my family in the long run... I really want to be a dad.

Professional and Fun
Well here it goes. How do you describe yourself truthfully without sounding like your arrogant. We all see ourselves in the most positive light, overlooking our faults. Well here is a switch: I'll list all my bad points. I am somtimes stubborn, and forgetful. I am almost never on time to just about everything, probably not even to my own funeral...I hope so in that instance! I let my laundry sit in the basket without folding it, hey its alot easier to get to your favorite pair of jeans if they're not folded in the drawer...right? I sometimes talk with an outside voice when inside (byproduct of my family...they were and still are quite loud). I could go on and on with my faults but just so that I don't totally write myself out of the picture here are some good points: I am a romantic at heart, I still believe in opening doors and buying flowers, I give damn good back rubs and I've even been know to cook on occasion!!! I do not under any circumstances play games or be unfaithful. I had that happen to me long ago and would never want to put someone else through that. Well I don't want to sound like a total wuss, because I still am a guy which means I love sports both watching and playing, I usually leave the toilet seat up, and like to get dirty working in the yard or fixing something in the garage (which probably didn't need fixed before I started messing with it)

Young and looking
I have a strong love for both music and animals. I'm going to college to become a Vet so i can spend my life with something I really love. I can play the trumpet and the guitar. I love rock and country but i will listen to anything except most rap and hip hop. I'm a very hard worker when I have to be and will be serious when i have to be, but when any other time i'm a silly person just trying to have fun and make someone laugh. I tend to be shy at first but once you get to know me I can talk a lot. I am a caring loving guy and will show everyone respect unless i get pushed far enough where i feel you aren't worth my respect any more. I really enjoy laughing so if you can make me laugh we will get along great. I love to be silly and have a great time, but i know how to be serious when I have to be. I'm pretty well built, I enjoy exercising from time to time and i love just doing anything outdoors.
