I left high school when I was 16, moved out of the house and went to job corps in South Dakota for Culinary Arts. After studying there for two years I was invited to the advanced training program in San Fransisco where I lived and learned for 6 months. it was about 2 years after that that I realized that working in a Cafe/restaurant/food place, is not for me.
