I love the outdoors especially the beach and the mountain lakes. I also love to travel and experience new places, peoples, and customs. Cooking, especially something a bit gourmet, is a great passion of mine. I enjoy photography, art, literature and architecture. And don't forget a good Irish Pub!
My taste in music is a bit wide ranging. I like most music from classical and jazz to rock and pop. Love live music.
One day in the future I would like to open my own little restaurant. Room 301 - Bistro Incognito will be the name. A bistro kind of place where people come for good food, good wine but most importantly to enjoy the company. A laid back kind of place where, after a delicious meal, you sit back with another bottle of wine or two and chat with friends.
